TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Waiting Time: A maximum courtesy waiting time of 15 minutes will be provided at each stop on the itinerary. If this time is exceeded, an additional charge of $100 USD per vehicle will apply for each additional hour or fraction thereof.

2. Passenger Capacity: The service is strictly limited to the number of passengers specified in the chosen package. If additional passengers are needed, prior approval and payment of the indicated extra cost must be arranged before the service.

3. Payment:

   • Full payment of the price is required to confirm the service. Partial payments or deposits are not accepted.
   • Food, drinks, and purchases at each stop are the client’s responsibility. The packages are entertainment-based and do not include meals or beverages.

4. Extra Hours for Transportation: Additional service hours, whether in transit or waiting, cost $100 USD per hour. This must be paid in advance by the client. Situations of force majeure are not excluded, and the service must be paid for at the start or during the return trip. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the service.

5. Cancellation and Change Policy: No date changes or refunds are allowed under any circumstances once the reservation is confirmed.

6. Payer Presence: The client who made the payment must be present during the service. If not, SVDRIVE reserves the right to cancel the service without refund.

7. Reservation and Availability: It is recommended to confirm and pay for the service as early as possible to ensure availability.

8. Vehicle Conditions: Our vehicles are equipped to handle all types of terrain, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey.

9. Services for Special Needs: The package does not include transportation for individuals with special needs or reduced mobility. If required, this service must be quoted separately.

10. Arrival at the International Airport:

    • For your reservation, you will provide the scheduled time, and we will allow a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes. Exceeding this time will incur an extra service fee of $100 per hour.
    • If the client notifies a change in arrival time at least 6 hours before the service, SVDRIVE can reschedule the service once at no additional cost. This rescheduling must be done within a maximum of 48 hours from the client’s notification.

11. Payment for Additional Hours: Extra waiting or transportation hours must be paid in advance to continue the service. The cost is $100 USD per full hour, with no option to prorate. Active service hours include transit and waiting time at each stop.

12. Non-Compliance Conditions: Failure by passengers to comply with schedules, payments, and other established conditions allows SVDRIVE to leave the location and cancel any pending services without responsibility and without any refund.

13. Additional Services: Any additional services not specified in this quote must be agreed upon and paid for in advance.

14. No Pets allowed.
